RETURNS & REFUNDS


We at Narkin`s aim at customer satisfaction, we want you to be delighted every time you shop with us. You can always return items if they are defective, damaged or even you don't like it. Please know that you must provide us a written record of the reason for return or exchange within 48 hours of receiving the item

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Sale items 
Our all regular & sale items are exchangable and refundable.

Order Cancellation & Liability

Narkin`s reserves the right to cancel any order at any given time due to any circumstances. Narkin`s shall not be held liable for any shipment delay or cancellation due to any circumstances beyond its control.

Exchanges

We replace all items if they are defective, damaged or even you don't like it. If you need to exchange it for the same item or you wish to get a refund, send us an email at sales@narkins.com (Shipment charges will be applicable)

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over Rs. 2,500/-, you should consider using a track able shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
